Announcing CIPO Release 3.3.2
We are committed to continue improving the CIPO platform for all. On the weekend of March 23, 2024, the CIPO team successfully deployed version 3.3.2, bringing additional improvements for all.
Features & Improvements
Microsoft Office Support
We are thrilled to inform you that you can now open, view, and edit Microsoft Office documents directly in CIPO without the need to download and re-upload them. Whether you have a live document that requires multiple contributors to edit or not, you can easily manage it within CIPO. This new feature saves you time and effort!
Contract Closeout
CIPO now officially closes completed contracts, making all related data read-only across all modules and shareable with O&M or others and eliminating the possibility of mistakenly making changes to closed documents—the power of CIPO.
Single Sign On (SSO)
Office 365 and Google Workspace users can now access CIPO through Single Sign-On (SSO) without the need for another login prompt. If a user logs into their computer or browser using the same email address as the one used in CIPO, they will automatically be logged into CIPO. It's more secure, with fewer prompts.
Document Access Log
We recently added a new feature that allows specific designated roles to view the document Access Logs. This feature provides information on who accessed the document and when it was accessed, so you no longer need to guess who accessed your documents. Additionally, any changes made to a document can already be tracked in the Activity Log.
